I've been looking for a small funky-jazz-rock band with this feel for quite some time, ever since I heard Caterpillar by Buttons and Mindy. As soon as I heard the opening track on Scary Blankets I knew this was what I had been looking for.

This album has everything. Rock, metal, funk, country(???), Sunshine of Your Love, comedy. It goes so hard, every song is amazing. One of my favourite albums of all time.

I’ve been looking for this band! Psychedelia at its absolute finest......it takes its time, spacious interludes abound, and lots of atmosphere. Interesting tidbits here and there, distorted, pleasing vocals. They obviously don't take themselves too seriously either, but man, this is the real tripped out serious deal. I am hooked.
